Registration Instructions

There are two ways to register for the 2011-2012 season, in-person or mail-in. Registration must be completed prior to your child/children's first night of practice. This includes the registration form, registration fee and fund raising fee. Please review your choices and follow the instructions carefully. Links to the registration form and fee schedule follow:

In-Person Registration

Registration for the 2011-2012 season will be held September 14 & 15, 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Print and fill out registration form (see above for pdf) and bring along with payment (payable to NAAC)

Mail-in registration

Print and fill out registration form (see above for pdf) and mail along with your registration payment (payable to NAAC) to:

New swimmers

All new swimmers must register in-person and should come prepared to swim. New swimmers will be required to swim one length of the pool.
