SAL- Suburban Aquatics League   

NAAC is a member of the Suburban Aquatic League (SAL). The aim of SAL is to further the growth, development and progress of Swimming and Diving; to teach good sportsmanship and to aid teams in furthering aquatic interest in league participation within Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania.

SAL is composed of twenty-two teams and is divided into four divisions. NAAC is in the West division.

USA Swimming

NAAC is a registered team of USA Swimming. We are offering USA swimming to all those registered for the competitive NAAC team. An additional registration fee is required.

USA swimming offers a wider range of events to choose from in addition to our regular events, such as the 400 IM, 200 back, 500 free, 1650 free, 200 fly, and 200 breast. USA Championships, or Junior Olympics (JO’s) are in mid-March. To enter JO’s a swimmer must participate in three USA meets and have the qualifying time in the event.

Please check the NAAC registration form and indicate that you want to participate in USA swimming. Registration covers the period of January 1 through December 31. If you have any questions please see Chris Loughlin.
